Booking & Payments✨

Your booking deposit secures your date and is applied toward your total package. It’s non-refundable, as it reserves that time just for you.The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your shoot.

Please note ✨All extras (such as RAWs, additional edits, or prints) are completely optional. The package you book is your final price, with no hidden costs — unless you later decide you’d love to purchase additional images or products.

RAW Images ✨

I don’t release individual or partial RAW images. If RAWs are included, they are only available as the full gallery, priced at $1000. I’m protective of RAW work being shared, as the edited images are the finished pieces that best represent my work and brand. If RAWs are purchased, they will be delivered after all final edited images have been sent and received.

Scheduling ✨ Before booking, please confirm your chosen date and time with me in writing or verbally — as availability shown on the calendar may not always reflect real-time openings.

Preparation ✨ Hair and makeup are not included in your package, so please arrive camera-ready.

– If we are shooting at a pre-booked location, there is usually limited space or time for a makeup artist to set up on-site.

– If you are booking your own location, you’re more than welcome to have your hair and makeup artist join you there — completely your choice and on your time.

Location ✨ I offer access to a beautiful pre-booked location on select dates only. Outside of these set dates, booking your own location is required. I’m always happy to recommend spaces that align with your vision and vibe.

Rescheduling & Cancellations ✨ Life happens — if you need to move your date, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Your booking fee will happily be transferred to a new date within 3 months, subject to availability.

Shoot Duration & Extra Time ✨ All shoots are scheduled for 2 hours. If you’d love to extend your session beyond this, additional time may be added on the day (subject to availability) at $500 per additional hour, payable before continuing.

Editing & Artistic Style ✨ By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and trust my editing style, including my approach to colour, skin retouching, contrast, and artistic interpretation. While minor retouching requests may be considered, re-editing based on personal preference or changes in aesthetic direction is not included.

Image Selection ✨ I carefully curate your gallery to include the strongest images from your session. Not all images captured during the shoot are delivered, as duplicates, test shots, or images that don’t meet my quality standards are removed.

Retouching Boundaries ✨ Retouching includes natural skin refinement, slight and natural body contouring, and the removal of small distractions. If you have specific preferences for further retouching, please let me know before editing begins so we can align clearly from the start. Requests made after editing has commenced may require additional time or cost.

Image Delivery ✨ Your private proof gallery will arrive within 2 weeks of your shoot. Final edited images will be delivered within 3 weeks of your selections. Prints and products will follow shortly after — wrapped and presented with care.

Image Archiving ✨ Final galleries are archived for 6 months. Please ensure all images are downloaded and safely backed up within this time.

Client Responsibility ✨ The quality of your images is a shared experience. Arriving on time, prepared, and open to direction allows us to create the best possible results together. Time lost due to late arrival will not be extended or refunded.

Image Use & Privacy ✨ I may share your images on social media, my website, or in print to showcase my work — unless we have agreed in writing prior to your shoot that your session will remain private.

Usage Rights ✨ Your images are yours to treasure and share for personal use. Any commercial use requires a separate written agreement.

Respect & Safety ✨ A respectful, professional environment is expected at all times. Any behaviour that makes me feel unsafe or uncomfortable may result in the session being ended immediately, without refund.

Refund Policy ✨ Due to the custom nature of photography services, refunds are not offered once images have been delivered.

Our Promise ✨ Every care will be taken on the day. In the rare case of circumstances beyond my control (illness, weather, or technical issues), I will work with you to find the most beautiful solution.

Agreement ✨ By booking a session and paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
